This one-kilo box is our most generous size. Each of these fruits is handcrafted in our confectionery in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, using the method passed down in our family since 1866. Candying is a work of patience: three to four weeks of successive boilings allow the syrup to slowly penetrate the fruit’s flesh, preserving all its flavor and natural color. This is followed by a minimum two-month rest in a fruit cellar, then a delicate glazing that gives each fruit its glossy sheen and its unique texture, both melting and fragrant.
