Available in three sizes (500 g, 750 g and 1 kg), it offers a beautiful range of flavours and colours designed to satisfy all palates.

Each fruit in this assortment is prepared using the traditional method passed down in our family for five generations. The fruits are sorted and peeled by hand, then slowly candied in successive batches over three to four weeks. The syrup gradually penetrates the flesh, preserving the taste and natural colour of each variety. After resting in the jar for a long time, a final glaze gives the fruits their shiny appearance and melt-in-the-mouth texture, for which Maison Lilamand is renowned.
