Petit Retour de Provence gathers three emblematic specialities from Confiserie Lilamand, chosen to offer a gourmet overview of our expertise.

First, four glazed candied fruits — our speciality since 1866 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Each fruit is candied by hand over several weeks through successive syrup baths, then left to rest in our fruit room before receiving its final glaze. Whole, translucent and glossy, they preserve the flavour and texture of the original fruit. These four pieces express the very essence of the candying craft.

Next are ten Mini Calissons Tradition, our signature confection in a smaller format. Each mini calisson is made with almonds from our own Provençal orchard, processed in our shelling facility, and topped with royal icing and candied melon and orange peel, prepared in our workshops. Ten bites that reveal why the calisson lies at the heart of our house.

Finally, a 70 g box of chocolate olives — playful trompe l’oeil sweets in which an almond coated in dark and white chocolate is transformed into a remarkably realistic Provençal olive shaded in greens and blacks. A gourmet nod to the olive groves and markets of Provence.
