At Lilamand, we have been candying fruit with patience and passion since 1866 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This 500 g box allows you to create your own selection of glazed candied fruits, including apricot, pineapple, clementine, citron, fig, prickly pear, strawberry, ginger, kiwi, kumquat, melon, orange, peach, pear and plum.
Each piece of fruit is carefully selected, peeled by hand and candied using our traditional method. Over a period of three to four weeks, successive syrup baths gradually replace the water contained in the flesh. The fruits then rest for at least two months in our fruit cellar before receiving their final glaze: a thin, shiny coating that gives them the lustre of freshly picked fruit.
