Traditional calissons — luxury box set

This luxury box set showcases our traditional calissons, complementing their flavour with an elegant design. With its elegant and refined design, it transforms each tasting into a pleasurable experience to be shared, making our calissons a remarkable gift for all occasions.

Inside, you will find the recipe that we have been using for five generations in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Our calissons are made using two exceptional ingredients that we produce ourselves: candied fruit, a historic speciality of our company, and almonds from Provence sourced from the 2,150 trees we planted near our confectionery in 2016. We control every step, from cultivating the orchard and harvesting to breaking the almonds in our own cracking facility and pruning in our workshop, to preserve the full aromatic richness of the fresh almonds.

Candied melon and orange peel are combined with these almonds to create a fragrant, melt-in-the-mouth paste topped with royal icing. Available in packs of 12, 24, 36 or 48 pieces, this luxury box offers the very best of Provence. It contains calissons made with 100% Provençal almonds and are produced by a company recognised as a Living Heritage Company and Master Craftsman.
