Glazed candied fruit — crystal box

The crystal box is our most delicate presentation. Understated and transparent, it reveals the natural beauty of our glazed candied fruits even before it is opened. Available in three sizes (200 g, 300 g and 500 g), it contains a harmonious selection composed by our confectioners, combining bright colours and complementary flavours.

Our family has been perpetuating the art of artisanal confectionery in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence since 1866. Each fruit is sorted and peeled by hand before being candied patiently for three to four weeks in successive batches. The syrup slowly penetrates the flesh, preserving the original taste and colour of each variety. After resting in the fruit jar for a long time, a meticulous glazing process gives each piece its shiny appearance and melt-in-the-mouth texture, which is characteristic of our company.

The contents of each crystal box are carefully selected and cannot be changed. This ensures a balanced selection, ready to give as a gift or to enjoy yourself.
