Candied whole and complete with its crown, it is one of the most spectacular creations in our range: a Victoria pineapple from Mauritius that is hand-peeled and transformed through weeks of patient candying. This topping syrup captures the captivating aroma of this exotic fruit, making it accessible in the form of a simple golden drizzle.
