This garrigue honey captures the scents of the dry, sun-drenched hills of Provence, where thyme and rosemary grow wild among hot stones and fragrant bushes. Its aromatic influences give it a subtle, fragrant profile that is both sweet and herbaceous and immediately recognisable.

It is produced in the purest beekeeping tradition by a beekeeper who has been based in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence for five generations. Our company’s loyal partnership with this beekeeper is based on shared convictions: respect for bees and their environment, the patience required to produce high-quality honey, and the desire to preserve family know-how intact. The hives are located in the heart of the Provençal garrigue, where the diverse flora provides the bees with an abundance of fragrant nectar throughout the summer.

This French honey has a delicate aromatic profile and can be enjoyed on buttered toast, melted into a verbena infusion, or paired with plain yoghurt. In the kitchen, it adds a Provençal touch to fresh goat’s cheese, lamb marinades or summer fruit desserts. Presented in a 300 g jar, this garrigue honey invites you to rediscover the bright scents of Provence with every spoonful.
