First, you'll find the three treasures of the Petit Return from Provence: four candied fruits, handcrafted over several weeks in our workshops in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, translucent and glossy beneath their icing; ten mini Tradition calissons, which encapsulate all the expertise of our Maison in a compact format—Almonds from Provence grown in our orchard, candied melon and candied orange peel from our workshops, and royal icing; and a 70g box of chocolate olives, those trompe-l'œil candies where the almond is adorned with dark and white chocolate to resemble Provençal olives.

To these three classics, the Grand Return adds two more delicacies. A soft white nougat, crafted by our partner nougat maker—smooth, flavored with French honey, and topped with roasted almonds—is one of the most beloved confections of the South. And eight fruit jellies, made with 51% fresh fruit pulp, cut with a guitar cutter, and coated in granulated sugar—eight bite-sized treats with vibrant colors and bold flavors that complete this gourmet selection.
