Lilamand spreads: jams, marmalades, creams and artisan honeys

The world of Lilamand spreads

Since its inception, Lilamand has built on its expertise in fruit preserves and confit by offering spreads that capture the essence of Provence. Today, Lilamand's range of spreads includes jams, marmalades, creams and honeys, each designed to enhance the flavour of the fruit through simplicity, authenticity and finesse.

Every jar is the product of a philosophy: selecting the finest fruit, respecting its season, trusting in time and minimising intervention. Lilamand spreads are designed for everyday enjoyment, as well as to delight discerning palates seeking authenticity.

Lilamand jams: pure fruit at its finest

Lilamand jams  are part of a tradition where fruit is simply combined with sugar, without artifice or excess.
It is said that Marius Lilamand himself developed jam recipes using candied fruit, which have now been reimagined in a spreadable format.

These jams are made with carefully selected fruit, such as apricots, strawberries and citrus fruits, depending on the season, and are gently cooked to preserve their natural flavour.

The entire range reflects a modern approach to traditional craftsmanship, with silky textures, occasional pieces of fruit and a balanced flavour that is neither too sweet nor overcooked. Each spoonful is a celebration of fruit, in keeping with the Lilamand philosophy.

Lilamand marmalades: character and citrus zest

Lilamand marmalade   seek to magnify citrus fruits — oranges, lemons, bergamots and kumquats — by blending refined bitterness with luminous sweetness.

Preparation in the workshop requires a delicate balance: the citrus peel, sometimes candied, adds character, while the flesh provides texture and freshness.

Achieving this balance is complex, but Lilamand Confiseur has consistently succeeded: the marmalades are neither too acidic nor too sweet, but just right. The brightness of lemon or orange is highlighted here in a glass case.

Lilamand creams: melt-in-the-mouth and delicate

Among the spreads, Lilamand's creams   are creamier compositions that combine fruit and honey, sometimes with subtle nuances.

They have a velvety texture that is ideal for spreading on breakfast items, serving at the table, or using in delicate recipes such as mille-feuilles, thin tarts and desserts.

The formulation is designed so that nothing dominates, whether it be sugar or flavouring; it is the fruit itself that takes centre stage, in keeping with the spirit of the House.

Honeys: nectar from Provence and subtle combinations

The Lilamand honey is a natural extension of the spreads. The selected honeys are often of Mediterranean origin: light, floral or garrigue, and both sweet and subtle.

Lilamand's Alpilles honey spread is produced by a beekeeper based in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence for five generations in the Alpilles mountains. This powerful honey is produced using traditional methods, revealing floral aromas and a lovely long finish.

Why choose Lilamand spreads?

  • Authenticity and transparency: fruit and sugar are the only main ingredients, with no unnecessary additives.

  • Traceability and terroir: the fruit comes from monitored terroirs, often grown locally, and the honeys are selected for their distinctive qualities.

  • Homemade expertise: the artisanal process is based on detailed knowledge of the fruit and controlled cooking — a direct legacy of confectionery-making applied to spreadable products.

  • Versatile use: perfect for spreading on toast at breakfast time, or as an accompaniment to desserts, yoghurt, mild cheeses or fine pastries.

  • A gourmet gift: presented in elegant jars, they make attractive gifts and are often included in the company's discovery boxes.
