There are no variations or embellishments \u2014 simply the traditional recipe, executed with precision by a nougat maker who brings both craftsmanship and the quality of his own honey to this creation.<\/p>\n<p>The composition speaks for itself: 34% almonds and 19% French honey. These two ingredients are the pillars of fine nougat, and their presence is immediately apparent on the palate. The honey lends a floral sweetness and aromatic depth; the roasted almonds provide a crunchy texture and a warm flavour; and the natural vanilla binds everything together gently and refinedly. The texture is soft and melting, yielding easily without sticking and gradually releasing its full range of flavours.<\/p>\n<p>Maison Lilamand entrusts its nougat to a nougatier farmer \u2014 an artisan who harvests their own honey and oversees every stage of production. This commitment mirrors our own philosophy: since 1866 in Saint-R\u00e9my-de-Provence, we have cultivated our own Proven\u00e7al almonds, candied our own fruit, and maintained control over every step of our craft.
