Our expertise with citrus fruits dates back to the origins of our confectionery business in 1866. This candied lemon topping syrup is its most radiant expression, capturing all the fruit's liveliness in a golden, fragrant drizzle.\r\n\r\nIts flavour is clean and invigorating. The sweetness of the candying process softens the lemon\u2019s natural acidity, yet preserves its distinctive freshness. The result is a perfectly balanced syrup that is both sweet and vibrant, and which elevates every dessert it is added to, bringing a bright, sun-filled note to the dish.\r\n\r\nLike all Lilamand topping syrups, it reflects our deep understanding of the interaction between fruit and sugar, refined by five generations of confectioners in Saint-R\u00e9my-de-Provence.
