No gelling agents, flavourings or artifices. Just fruit and sugar, combined in their purest form.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking in an open copper pan \u2014 our preferred method for all our jams \u2014 allows for gentle, gradual evaporation. This allows the strawberries to develop a full, rounded flavour that balances natural sweetness with fresh fruit notes while retaining a generous texture with perceptible pieces of fruit.
